How it works
- Each restaurant gets its own Restaurant ID, and every table QR contains it. Scanning opens that restaurant's own menu, never another's.
- The customer scans the table QR code and the menu opens. They verify their mobile number with an OTP, and that restaurant's app offers to install itself. The installed app is named after the restaurant and always opens its menu, already logged in.
- They pick items and quantities, then place the order. Each item gets its own pickup QR with the order number and a queue number.
- The order appears on the chef dashboard at once. The chef presses START, and the customer sees a live countdown based on the item's preset prep time.
- When the chef presses READY, the customer's phone alerts and the display board shows the queue number.
- At the counter, the customer shows the QR. The scanner accepts it only if it was issued today, belongs to that counter and has never been used.
